We offer a 24-hour return policy, allowing you to request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item. Refunds are not initiated; only exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are permitted in case of receiving the wrong or damaged product. However, exchanges for reasons such as the product not matching the website image will not be approved, as color variations may occur due to different screen resolutions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
